Puppy Delivery

Puppy Delivery Options for Your Adoption Day

We understand that bringing a new puppy home is a momentous occasion, and for many of our families, traveling to our farm isn't always possible. That's why we offer specialized delivery services designed to ensure your new best friend arrives safely, comfortably, and stress-free. Our delivery process is handled personally, meaning your puppy is never handed off to a third-party commercial shipper. We oversee every mile of the journey, prioritizing health checks, frequent breaks, and constant companionship so that adoption day is a joy for both you and your puppy.

Finalizing Payment on Adoption Day

On your long-awaited adoption day, we want the focus to be entirely on your new puppy. To ensure a smooth transition, we require that the remaining balance be finalized prior to the puppy leaving our care. This helps us manage the logistics of delivery and documentation efficiently.

If you are choosing Ground Delivery or Flight Nanny services, the balance must be paid in full 48 hours before the scheduled departure. For families picking up in person, we accept final payments via verified digital transfers or cash. Please note that we do not accept personal checks on the day of adoption to avoid any processing delays.

Finalizing these details ahead of time allows us to spend our meeting going over your puppy's health records, feeding schedule, and care instructions, ensuring you feel fully prepared for your first journey home together.

A note on tipping: While never expected, tipping your delivery driver or flight nanny is a kind gesture if you feel they provided exceptional care for your puppy during their journey home.

Differentiating Between a Pick-up and a Delivery

Choosing between picking up your puppy or having them delivered is a personal decision based on your schedule and location. A pick-up allows you to see where your puppy was raised and meet us in person. Delivery, on the other hand, offers the convenience of having your new family member brought directly to your doorstep or a nearby airport by a professional who ensures their safety and comfort throughout the journey.

Whether you choose to drive out to our farm or utilize our trusted delivery services, our goal is to make the transition as seamless as possible for both you and your puppy. We provide detailed instructions for both options to ensure you feel prepared for adoption day.

Regular Ground Delivery

Our standard ground transportation is a safe and reliable way to bring your puppy home. Professional drivers provide specialized care during the journey, ensuring frequent stops for exercise and comfort. This service offers door-to-door delivery across the country, making adoption day stress-free for both you and your new pup.

Multiple Pups Note: Delivery fees are per trip, not per pup, provided the puppies are going to the same household.

Tiny Pup Ground Delivery

Our ground delivery option for small-breed puppies is meticulously designed for comfort and safety. We utilize specialized transportation with climate control and constant monitoring to ensure your tiny pup arrives stress-free. This personal touch allows for a direct handover on your scheduled Adoption Day.

Multiple pups note: For families adopting more than one puppy, please contact us for combined delivery rates to facilitate a smooth arrival for the whole pack.

Tiny Pup Flight Nanny Service

For our tiniest travelers, we offer a boutique Flight Nanny service. Your puppy will not be placed in cargo; instead, they will fly in the cabin directly at the feet of one of our trusted nannies. This ensures they are monitored, comforted, and cared for throughout the entire journey, providing the safest and most stress-free air travel possible.

This premium service includes the booking of flights, the nanny’s time, and the specialized soft-sided carrier required for cabin travel. We coordinate every detail with you to ensure a smooth hand-off at your nearest major airport, making the adoption day a joyful and seamless experience for both you and your new tiny pup.

Note for Multiple Puppies: Due to airline regulations, only one puppy per person is allowed in the cabin. If you are adopting multiple tiny pups, additional nannies will be required for their safe delivery.
